(Edit 911PM: and coming up from the basement with something, i misstepped on the steps, lost my balance, turned in the fall and landed on the stone and 'crete on my back, AND my arm smacked into the metal work table that was just to my right. Yeah, IT HURTS. No, nothing is broken.
