If we take all the wasted energy, time and brainpower that had been put on what we begrudge and hate, and instead use that to chase and do what we love, then we'd have a lot more to show for it. That alone should be reason enough to start practicing better attitudes today.

People talk about how they never have enough time for what they love to do, I ask them if they hate or begrudge or go out of their way to bring another down and if so, then why aren't you doing something more constructive with that time and energy? You create your own problems. You reap what you sow.
